Instant Dissidence is committed to participatory activities as part of its core activity. We are particularly interested in working with live art, performance and dance professionals or university students, as well as regularly running activities targeted at young adults, adults and older people, with or without dance experience.

We have extensive experience of running education activities, having in the past worked with Yorkshire Dance, University of Surrey, Huddersfield New College, York Theatre Royal, Leeds Metropolitan University, Selby Arts Centre, Yorkshire Movement and Dance, Hull College, Beverley Professional Workshops, York St John University, Bretton Hall, Community Dance York, Intake High School, West Yorkshire Playhouse, Campusdance, and De Montfort University.
